Kohima, Nagaland : The Indian Army successfully concluded a five-day motor rally, organised in collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra, as part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Hornbill Festival of the Nagaland, also known as the Festival of Festivals. The rally covered a scenic and challenging route from Rangapahar Military Station through Jorhat, Mokokchung, Wokha, and Kohima before culminating at Zakhama, celebrating Nagaland’s vibrant heritage and spirit of adventure.
The rally featured 20 participants and 8 SUVs sponsored by the Mahindra & Mahindra, highlighting the collaborative effort to honor Nagaland’s culture and traditions. The event showcased the enduring bond between the Indian Army and the people of Nagaland while promoting unity, resilience, and exploration.
The motor rally stands as one of the key event of the Hornbill Festival’s 25th-anniversary celebrations, fostering camaraderie and creating lasting memories for participants and spectators alike.
