Kohima, Nagaland : In a series of successful joint operations, Assam Rifles under Spear Corps launched a Joint Search Operation in Hengbund village in the Senapati district of Manipur on 22 March 2025 in coordination with Manipur Police and BSF. The operation resulted in the recovery of four Bolt action Single barrel rifles, 11 rounds of Ammunition Agni 12 super, three rounds of Ammunition KF 12, and one round of Ammunition Shaktiman 12 express.
The recovered items have been handed over to Manipur Police for further investigation and dispersal.
These coordinated efforts by security forces highlight their unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and security in Manipur.
